Our “Chef” is at your disposal for the helping you design your choice of menus, whether they are of the “healthy - diet” or “gastronomical” type, and will make you discover the specialities of Senegalese cuisine.

Our “Chef” is part of the new generation of talented cooks, who happily marry the heritage of the classical with well reasoned modernity.
Produce of the sea (lobsters, slipper lobsters, deep-water shrimp, prawns, crabs, shrimp, mangrove oysters, fish of the day,…) , of course, are in evidence.
